If CX does switch, it would be a shame, since I would choose them over AC as long as price difference is less than 20%, sadly most people wont.
JAL 8 across seating is changing to 9 across. Also, JAL's J on the 787 is bad. I don't like the old AC 777HD J, but it is still better than JAL's J product on their 787.
