It's broken for me again, cannot log into FHR.
Incredibly annoying. I've generally been pretty forgiving of Amex, but their technology infrastructure has become utterly embarrassing.
I routinely work with customers whose IT/Datacenter staffs would be fired for the anything even remotely close to the kind of downtimes/unavailability that this site exhibits.
And they are literally losing money from me. I'm simply too lazy to call in, if I cannot check/review FHR pricing online, I simply don't book.
