I cancelled a ticket this past December. It took less than 11 days for my card to be credited by EVA. I'm not certain of the precise number of days it took because I'm not sure if it was 2 or 3 days after booking that I cancelled. It was 11 days between my card being charged and my refund being credited to my card. And it was more than 1-day after ticketing that I cancelled. So really 10 or fewer days.
