I can't help you in terms of the armrests, but QR833 is by far the quietest DOH-BKK flight they operate. The timings aren't the greatest, especially as it means you lose a day on the plane. However, with March being a naturally quiet month in BKK, it wouldn't surprise me if the loads were relatively low.
