Our flight from Newcastle lands in Dubai at 23:59 and our Phuket flight departs at 10:30am the following morning. I'm assuming we will get put in the same hotel. Pretty sure you could insist on separate rooms at check-in at the hotel if they don't already provide them. Just because pax are on one PNR doesn't mean they're comfortable sharing rooms, could be for personal, moral, religious reasons etc, you could fib with any of those.
I'm interested to see your flight lands at 23:59. Most arrival times are in increments of 5 minutes, however I've also noticed my usual flight HYD-DXB is scheduled to arrive 23:59. I wonder if this has to do with slots and they mean midnight but put it as 23:59 to keep it in the previous day or something.
