I was flipping through the Sky Mall catalog on a recent flight and I saw the item below (A big inflatable pillow that allows you to rest your head):

Has anyone seen or used one of these, it looks like it might be a good solution for overnight flights in coach.

I'm wondering if its usable if the person in front of you reclines.
