I have received some conflicting information about whether I can do the following: I would like to book a RT flight from Cleveland to Boston on Jet Blue and book a RT flight from Boston to Copehagen on Icelandair. Will Jet Blue check my bags all the way through from Cleveland to Copenhagen; and will Icelandair check my bags all the way through from Copenhagen to Cleveland on the return?

There's a blurb on Icelandair's website that says the following: "Please note: through check-in via Boston Logan International /Washington Dulles International onward on Porter-PD will be temporarily unavailable." I'm not sure what that means.
