And that's something you should learn as well plus some internet fora etiquette - including the FT rules that you agreed to when you signed up.

I respond because you incorrectly challenged information others have given you.

As I've already said BA allows people with certain status in executive club to book seats for free in advance and for anyone else to pay to select in advance. But it is free for everyone when olci opens. BA have done this for years and is the subject of a very long thread of it's own.

If you don't like the policy thats fine but if you choose to fly BA again in the future it's something you'll have to bear in mind when you consider which airlines to use.
