I have an allergy to peppers (red green yellow) maje me sick within 30 mins so I have to be careful
It's surprising how many meals come with peppers - especially Club Europe - yuk - usually I make sure I eat in the lounge first!
But I don't think they can win, there'll always be something people don't like and to separate out is difficult.
Of course never had a problem in First as they usually offer the CW menu as well if there's something I don't like
