Um, no. Pulling out of JFK can make sense given UA's retreat to EWR, especially if any other *A carriers were to follow it, but LGA is the main destination for business travellers going to NYC.

AC does about 12-15x YYZ-LGA daily, pretty much all E90/319/320. Then there's about 6-7x daily from YUL, mostly E75 with some E90, and a couple CRJ flights to YOW.
