I haven't been able to get that to auto-price.

For example, try this:

LAS-BQK on Delta, via DFW (1:45 AM redeye), the next flight to ATL, and then the next flight to BQK.

You arrive ATL at 10:30 AM, and the next flight to BQK is 5:30 PM (previous BQK flight left at 10:00 AM). The price given is LAS-ATL plus ATL-BQK.

In order to get a LAS-BQK fare (e.g., $119 one way T fare), you have to either take the non-stop to ATL, or spend more time in DFW and add another connection in order to get the ATL layover under four hours.
