Yes, it's BA's rules which would apply, but I presume MMB does not show the booking as an HBO, it is very clear when that applies, so consequently one bag would be OK, I would have thought. If at OLCI it gives just 2 options - 0 bags or more than 0 bags, then the system is treating it as HBO, but I'd be surprised if that is the case.
