The tax breakup from a $45 YYZ-YUL flight I booked a while ago is :

Fare: 45.53
Nav/INS Surcharge: 27.00
Toronto(Term 3) AIF: 12.00
GST/HST: 6.38
Security: 6.55

TOTAL $97.46

Taxes are 114% of the fare.
