Although this doesn't help the original poster, it might help a future searcher...
IMO, Deer Valley is the best resort in Utah, but strictly for skiers. It may not be the best in terms of bowls and other HMO fodder, but if you like long, sweeping, well-groomed runs, then it's the place to be.
Also, Park City locals (I do 2-3 weeks there a year so I've talked to a few) claim that Park City Mountain Resort has the the best hard runs around, and I am inclined to believe them, although I am not a fan of these myself. They also allow boarders, much to my chagrin.
