Enjoyed a chat with staff - it appears there has been a lot of turnover recently . Large Baileys presented to me just before I left - eek I think they know me too well lol

The bed in 1306 is either new or just a lot better than my usual suite 1005 .
TV sound works fine in bathroom (a lot of rooms used to have non operational speakers )

Shower has been replaced and good pressure .

Times newspaper waiting on my door - noticed no Express Check Out envelope - haven't had one of these for ages - just an observation no biggie .

Breakfast quiet (it was early though !!!)

Spotted Haggis , plates nice and warm ^
Substation of berries and mini smoothies where muffins were last time .
Great friendly service .

Popped up to the Lounge - good selection of foods - I can never recall what hot foods are there but I usually just grab fruit and water .

Toiletries are larger sizes in the suite - lotions are almost twice the size but not as large as Presedential Suite proportions lol

A great comfortable stay - staff were professional, friendly and efficient - oh how I've missed CW !!!

(And the birthday cake and berries were delicious !!!)
