Thanks for the input, glad to know I'm not the only one who prefers the card stock BP's.

No success at IAH this morning though, walked around C check in and it seems all are the kiosks that print flimsy BP's. I guess the best way to get card stock in Houston is from the UC or a gate agent!
Will report back tomorrow morning after checking in at ORD!
