Pet insurance offer has not been going very long, they didn't specific when you would receive the bonus points. Life insurance if from the last offer you should of been getting those, I received mine last quarter and expecting my 2nd installment in a months time.
I called Aviva and had it confirmed that I did qualify for the 5k points but they won't show up for a week. I don't know why they didn't show up in my points transactions with Tesco, though!
