Of course you can go back to Asia on an AONE4. In fact you must go back - to Japan at least
You are allowed four flights in Asia and two stopovers. So if you haven't had two stopovers at the beginning of the itinerary, then you can have a stopover in HKG at the end.
With regards to the final HKG-NRT flight - simply change its date to be about one year after the first flight. You never know, you might end up having a use for it. if not, then simply 'forget' about it
