Yeah, I've had that too, and proceeded as you say, got my confirming email etc. But this time it did not work twice, just the proceesing window for ever with the marching airplane windows, and for sure they did not take the credits either. Ended up calling concierge, who got a reservation agent to complete the transaction on the phone.
