I'm flying from YYZ to CPT for New Year's eve...routing is YYZ/MUC (AC) and MUC/CPT (LH). LH aircraft is an A340. for 744, you can route through FRA instead.

you can credit LH miles to your aeroplan account, or UA MP.

with no status, i wouldn't hold out much hope for an upgrade....
