Years ago (had to have been between 2001 and 2003) I was on LHR- SFO in Y. I don't even recall the entree, but the green salad had the best balsamic vinaigrette I have ever had. Haven't seen it since on any route, and have tried unsuccessfully for years to duplicate the recipe.
