As it turns out, NH confirmed by email that MCT at NRT going from NH domestic at T1 to JL international at T2 is 110 min. The same as JL's policy for JL domestic to another airline's international flight. Unclear from their response below whether they would interline the bags even if MCT was met; perhaps separate tickets or NH to JL is an issue?

"Minimum connecting time from ANA domestic flights to Japan Airlines
international flights at Narita airport is 1 hour 50 minutes. You don’t
have enough time for transfer about your itinerary unfortunately.

Your checked baggage cannot be checked in as a through baggage
between ANA to Japan Airlines. And it takes about 10~15 minutes by
bus between terminal 1 to terminal 2. We are afraid you cannot catch
your flight for Japan Airlines."
