SriLankan Airlines - strict with cabin baggage allowance?
My folks are traveling ATL-DL-ZRH-UL-CMB in Y soon and found out that the cabin baggage allowance on UL is quite paltry. From the UL website:

On Economy Class, you are allowed 1hand luggage bag measuring no more than 18"x14"x6" (46x36x20 cm) and weighing no more than 7 kgs.

They would hate to get to ZRH and have to check a carryon. They intend to use a small tote and a 20" rollaboard, the latter which will probably exceed 7 kg. Anyone have any firsthand knowledge of how strict this carrier is with carryon items?
