My personal feeling is that if FAs have a problem with what's going on they need to go on strike and get it changed. Otherwise, they need to shut up and start doing their jobs instead of taking out their frustrations on the customers day after day.
It's obvious that customer service and satisfaction are not priorities of the current management regime, so no matter how much we as customers complain, they aren't going to make any changes in the service arena. If FAs are really upset with management, striking is the only way to show that to them. Trying to get the customers to complain and get change has been tried and has seemingly failed.
