Most of the fleet is outside LCY at the weekend, there are just a couple of BA aircraft in there (the number seems to vary over time). The maintenance base is at Edinburgh, and aircraft parked in the 24 hours of LCY closure are generally available at all times. There are going to be 14 E190s in the fleet next summer, only a fraction of these will be in use over Sat/Sun.
