I didn't see a reply to your post.
In my case, I was told the AF was refundable for something like 89 days from the billing date.
We had a balance on my DH's card in December, so we HAD to pay the AF to keep our 0% APR at the time. They did finally waive the fee just last week and the credit posted on the account. Now that we paid off the balance, we are waiting for the refund.
