I must of been half asleep. Spoke to a telephone agent shortly after and they amended the ticket without fuss or charge, so all good. Won't make that mistake again. (I hope)
This is very common and agents are used to it, as others have said. As a Spaniard living abroad I have the opposite problem, I have seen my name in every weird combination.
