It's unlikely to really be a problem as long as all names are in your passport in some order. Your Avios might not post properly though.
In the future, just use your first name and surname. (this is best practice on all airlines I find) I even advise Spanish people to sign up to IB+ using just their first name and first surname (even if they have to pretend to be a non-Spaniard in the nationality field) and book flights accordingly.
