I'm doing the 15k for $500/month right now, and it stacks with the "spend $1,000 for 5k points" offer from retentions.

I've concluded, it has to be my account. I find it hard to believe that I'm just that unlucky: Call 6 times and can't get 1 offer. I'm obviously wording the call correctly since I called for my SO.
Oh well.. I'm not too worried about it. I'll get 10k miles back in the spring when I redeem some miles.
What do you say to them? Maybe you're not saying the right things. Has your AF already posted?
