That is ultimately my question I think. I make 8-10 trips a year on SWA, but am completely new to the world of international travel and rewards travel. My only limititations for my trip are 4 weeks of time (Oct-Nov), $10k, and a list of 10-12 cities my dad and I came up with that I could/would go to in honor of him.

Given all that, could I leverage these potential reward points to my benefit?

I was thinking I'd need an RTW ticket, but it was suggested to me in my other thread that perhaps I could get 1-2 transatlantic tickets from CC rewards alone and just use Eurorail to get around Europe and (in doing so) save a ton of cash. Thoughts?
