Finally found the certificates > Logged in > Service > Insurance .......... BUT it's a dead link in both Chrome and IE.
Go to americanexpress.com/platinum , log in
(Alternatively from your normal AMEX log-in, click card benefits, click on one of the benefits and find the same link)
Once inside, click Service -> Insurance and you get the link to the actual document. A fully working link.
