(1) Does Emirates have an interline baggage agreement with Delta in case we decide to fly ATL-JFK on a seperate ticket?

(2) Will Emirates recognize my Delta status?



(3) Will Emirates ruin me from traveling USA based carriers for the rest of my life?

I don't know about 1 & 2 but in answer to 3, most definitely ,YES.
