trends:
- more miles needed for upgrades (amount of miles for free tickets should be stable)
- only (high?) status fliers can upgrade from paid business to int first
- upgrades (from eco) only with 'selected' eco-fares
- more competing elite-status-fliers for upgrades (as oneworld and *Alliance might introduce same 'status-rights/privileges' for all members)
