I'm looking to book an "A" class fare, and use the "Pay with Miles" option instead of cash for the entire fare. Does anyone know if the 50% medallion bonus for MQMs applies if I use the "Pay with Miles" option? I understand MQDs only apply for the portion of the fare paid in cash, but MQMs and MQSs apply regardless of payment method.

Remember, this is not an award fare booked in "R", "O", or "N".
