If OP drinks this beer which sells for $20 at that bar and tosses out the bottle with no one noticing, is he not committing theft? Does the fact that this price wasn't posted somewhere make it less illegal?
You do realize that if you grab a beer out of the cooler, the bar no longer has that beer available to sell to the next customer. But if you sit at a table (that costs more) and then get up, the bar was not deprived of anything.
