... Called in and asked for the gold benefit to seat her next to me. Agent said as of this week the exit seats are now reserved for gold members and he can't do that. Pointed out it's listed as a benefit still, and had we been on one booking it wouldn't have been an issue. He's sent it to "back office" but told me not to expect it to be changed
