They might not even be aware yet that there is a problem, or are aware but need to verify before making comments. Can you imagine if they posted something here that was incorrect? The outrage! How dare they confuse us? FT is so important, it represents BA's most valuable costumers

I think it could be prudent to manage expectations a little. If people actually call BA and complain about the problem, they will eventually take notice. Posting here won't change much to be honest in these circumstances.

It is just the reality.
