I'm almost positive you'll end up with a full cabin. I had my ticket for this past Decmeber booked since June (part of a CMB-JFK round trip) and up until the day before departure I was the only one in F. Then I board and F is completely full (except for residence). From overhearing conversations during boarding I later learned that 2 pax booked using AA miles the night before, 2 upgraded at airport (using miles I think), and a family of 4 was op-up'd. And the 2 kids around 7 years old had their own apartments!
So for a route like JFK-AUH definitely expect it to fill up closer to departure, either with paid pax or op ups, etc.
