In the "only cosmetic and it annoys me far more than it should" column...

I'm trying to fly CLE-EWR this afternoon on one of the NS offerings. Delayed due to "Air Traffic Control" and on the flight status pane there's the message "! Flight Delay - You are confirmed on both your original flight and a later flight in case you miss your connection. View updated reservation details".

Thoroughly confusing as I have no connection and EWR is the final (only) destination in the PNR which has exactly 1 segment in it. Clicking the "View Updated Reservation Details" link just refreshes the homepage. And of course, looking at the reservation the normal way shows only the original segment with no protection segments added...

(If I hadn't already talked to the reservations and ATO to see if there were any "creative" solutions to get me to Newark earlier I'd probably call just to make sure the reservation hadn't been screwed with...)
