Yes they are, also the WT plus aisle armrests on the -300 can be raised, did you think that all the armrests in the row could be raised?
Nope, specifically the aisle armrests. Was travelling LHR-SIN-SYD in 25G and 25D back in September. Two FA tried, without success. In the end I was told that only "certain" seats have moveable aisle armrests but none in WTP.
Course that still didn't explain why their seat map said otherwise!
