Just wasted 30 mins of my life I'll never get back trying to get the certificates of insurance for my Platinum Amex. Passing me back and forth between card services and Ins. Amex really seems to have fallen down a little bit.

I'm sure someone here has/knows more than the reps. I should have come here first :

Is airline strike an exclusion to trip delay/interruption coverage for flights purchased w/ Plat AX? i.e., If stuck, Can I buy a flight on another carrier to get home and be covered up to $1,000 per family member (max of $3,000)
