Yes it does, if you check the link, you will find this

(1) Only for Iberia Plus Platinum and American Airlines/British Airways Emerald cardholders. For Emerald cardholders on other oneworld companies, one additional piece is allowed (23 kg).

Emerald/Sapphire get 1 extra bag, or 1 checked bag for fare that only allows hand baggage (carry on). On Iberia website, when you manage your booking, check under "baggage" or more info (don't remember), you will see your name and how many baggage are allowed.
