Booked one night on points, Junior Suite.
Then had to book a second night cash, Garden View room.
As a Platinum member I thought I may get one room upgrade to Junior Suite
Prior to arival they noted the two reservations, and made comment to keep rooms near each other, but no mention of upgrade
Arrived at 12:00, went for walk while thye got room ready. I told about the two reservations and mentioned about upgrading the 2nd night.
Was given option of room now, and then change rooms tomorrow or wait and get Prestige Suite for the 2 nights, I waited
Room was good size, very well kitted out and wine and fruit on arrival and some small cakes.
However peaceful it was not. Noise from villa's and also local wildlife

frogs I think!
Anyway, I went to reception and even recorded the noise on phone. Staff were great and offered me a spare room but I decided to wait it out. Next day they moved us straight away to different suite, much quiter. Reception staff were excellent
Spa was a highlight, loved it. Wife had a treatment with the $150 in-house credit with the rate.
Breakfast also great, such a wide range of choices.
Dinner, first night excellent buffet. 2nd night, not so. Staff in restaurant as mentioned are very nice, but english is not good, and they are not trained very well. Wrong food came, I got starter and they brought our fries at same time I had ordered with my main, all a bit mixed up, not major deal just a bit odd.
very easy to get everywhere, we just walked to main areas, took free bus once to the Waterworld.
For sure will return a new favourite in Singapore
