If you want to go Singapore from Da Nang and do not mind connection, there are plenty of other options. AirAsia has flight thru KUL and as I see now cheapest one way is RM300, however they from time to time have promotions and you can get a flight for half of that price. You can also fly to Johor and come to Singapore via causeway. Last time I had KUL-JHB flight I paid $12 for it including all taxes.
