It depends in part on how many points you have and how many you want to burn. And also where in town you want to be. And, most importantly, what is available to book on points. Taking a look at the two nights you want to book I see the Westin as the best "value" on a cents/point basis, and also only 12k/night. The Marriott is also a good point value but further out and more expensive either way.

lyertalk and all the helpful travelers out there like you! I don't know Singapore so I'm not sure where is the most central location to see the traditional sights. I do have quite a number of points in each of those hotel programs. Since we are going on Singapore Airlines suites class it would be nice to stay in a classy hotel to celebrate. I've wanted to go on Singapore Airlines for many years, but it isn't easy when you start in Hawaii.
