Last night I flew CVG-PHL-DCA. In Philadelphia, my plane deboarded at gate F34. I had 22 minutes to hike down to A20. With no waiting, I caught a shuttle bus to C terminal and continued my walk to A20. I got there with 1 minute to spare. A few minutes before I got to A terminal, they were paging my name over the PA reminding me politely that I better move faster.
That was the longest walk I ever experienced between two planes. I'm sure it was at least a mile.

I thought the question was WALK.. Remember LHR is mostly standing in line and buses, but as this then bypasses any Customs or Immigration requirement its a great Trade-Off. If walking without any buses or rail the I would think Miami Terminal A to Terminal H but if you look for it there are some moving walkways.Currently the longest I know again without buses or trains/trams is AA Transborder arrival in Montreal - then 1 mile walk to Immigration and Customs, Up one Level to departures through Security again almost another 1 mile walk to Commuter Terminal for flight to St.John NB. Time up to 90 minutes.
