Really, lots of places within one Bart stop. That said, Lyft/UberX would probably be cheaper than a Bart ticket for that short of a trip.
Have we mentioned Jacks? It's accross El Camino from the mall. Generally my go to place if I am eating before (or immediately after) flying.
