Well you get 32 kgs throughout on BA metal, I guess the last flight KUL-BKK is pulling you down to 23 kgs. Three bgs for the longhaul, 2 for the shorthaul in CE (32 kgs again). Full details very clearly laid out here:

You may be able to check your bag in at LHR before your flight starts, but there is a risk the agent will say no, so you need to have Plan B ready. This possibly involves using the checked bag facility in T5 Arrivals (see various posts above), a car parked near T5, a friend meeting you or using DHL or some such to transfer the bags separately.
