FAs only know what flights are booked to. They don't know how many will not arrive on other delayed or cancelled flights.

WGA fares show on pretty full flights only when matching local competition.

WGAs are removed automatically a couple days out (used to be 6 days) and it takes someone in revenue management to reinstate them.

That said I've seen a flight go out with just two and only Anytime or BS fares were available. You can assume most last minute buyers went elsewhere for a third the cost.
