I've been using the

Universal World Wide Travel Charger Adapter Plug

for the past couple of years. eBay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Insten-Universal-World-Wide-Travel-Charger-Adapter-Plug-2-PACK-White-/390640334039) has a two pack for about the same price that one costs on Amazon.
